The answer lies in my own past. Didnt have access to counselling back in my school days. Realised later that choosing the right career can bring immense joy and lasting meaning in one's life. Even today many students are at loss of options to make better career choices. Feel like making a difference in their lives, hence got into this field

I would like to tell the counselee to gain a better understanding of self before making career choices and use scientifically proven tools to gain that perspective. I also advice couselee to gain sufficient exposure and knowledge in preferred fields to help come to practical conclusion

Career session with me invloves understanding the personality of the counselee using objective methods like psychometric tests and subjective methods like open ended career related questions. Idea is that i and counselee together discover the answer to the question that the counselee faces

Psychometric evaluation tools like ideal career test, stream selector test etc. The test is selected as per the requirement at hand

Knowing what you want, applying Correct method and incessant focused efforts towards the goal is a sure shot recipe for success.
